ReMatrix Bio brings together the inventors of the platform that designed its lead molecule and seasoned small-molecule drug-design leadership. Lars and Lisa Wood built and evolved the physics-based design platform for over thirty years. Its first version produced active AGE chemistry in 2001. Ving J. Lee, PhD, brings four decades of taking small molecules from discovery through preclinical development. Together, the team designed the lead and is ready to take it through synthesis and laboratory proof.
